Grow is a flagship program of Dr Reddy’s Foundation designed to skill the youth of India.

This position aims to train identified youth on core employability skills virtually to multiple centres.

• Collaborate with multiple centres and design session plans

• Deliver the program virtually to develop skills and knowledge on the identified subjects based on the curriculum that is designed

• Guide and coach remote teams to conduct required activities for the students

• Prepare learners to face interviews with MNCs

• Conduct assessments as per the plan to continue to measure the progress of the students

• Showcase the results of every batch to show the effectiveness

• Conduct review meetings with the remote teams to capture learnings and create knowledge documents on virtual delivery
