Given the magnitude of the problem, to create impact efficiently, effectively, and at scale, it is imperative that technology plays a critical role and remains at the center of all our interventions and programs, be it student-facing applications, internal systems, or productivity tools for our teams. 

At The/Nudge you will:

• take ownership of the solution from end to end, and be responsible for translating functional requirements into Technical requirements. 
• optimize performance, define architectural specifications & KPIs
• be responsible for software design, code review, unit and integration testing 
• mentor and coach internal and external development teams to deliver quality solutions. 
• introduce DevOps and CI CD pipeline for the product 

Apply if you have:

• bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, management information systems or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in delivering integrated services and Front-Ends, using NodeJS and React/AngularJS
• experience with Node.js and Express ecosystem, build tools, libraries, runtimes and frameworks.
• experience with consuming and building microservices and RESTAPIs experience with Node.js, development of both API services and re-usable NPM packages.
• experience within Javascripts and/or React or AngularJS, HTML5, JQuery, AJAX, and CSSequivalent would be a plus
• hands-on exposure and understanding with AWS services like CloudFormation, IAM, Compute Services (EC2, Lambda), StepFunctions, API Gateway and SNS would be a plus
• experience in Zoho Catalyst, Zoho Creator (Deluge), Zoho Flow (API Tool), Zoho CRM, Zoho Integration with other 3rd party applications would be a plus.
• experience working in Scrum – agile methodologies, coding standards, code reviews, source management,
