**Reporting To:** Program Coordinator

 

**Position Summary:** The MME Associate will play a crucial role in Pratham’s 0 to 3 Years Palan Poshan Program, overseeing monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.  This involves data collection, analysis, and interpretation to assess program effectiveness, ensuring alignment with goals, and driving continuous improvement.  The role requires close collaboration with district teams and stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

 

* Develop and implement data collection tools and methodologies.

* Coordinate data entry and management with district teams.

* Maintain program databases.

* Conduct field visits to monitor program implementation.

* Assist in developing monitoring frameworks and evaluation plans.

* Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

* Prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.

* Provide training and support to district teams on data collection and evaluation.

* Facilitate workshops to enhance staff capacity.

* Collaborate with program teams and government officials.

* Identify best practices and lessons learned.

* Recommend program adjustments based on data insights.

* Ensure data accuracy and reliability.

* Develop and implement quality assurance processes.

 

 

**Qualifications and Essentials:**

 

* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

* Minimum 1 year of experience in monitoring, evaluation, and data management within development programs.

* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
