**About the Role**
The Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Lead plays a crucial role in developing impact strategy, designing M&E frameworks, analyzing research data, and supporting our organization and partner organizations with their data needs.
**Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement the organization’s impact measurement strategy in collaboration with the core leadership team.
* Design and implement robust M&E frameworks for programs and interventions.
* Collaborate with the research and design team to gather data and document impact.
* Design and create M&E templates and resources for dissemination.
* Partner with organizations on impact analyses, data collection, and research projects.
* Analyze collected data to generate insights and reports.
* Present reports and findings to stakeholders.
* Develop and maintain data dashboards to showcase program progress.
* Build capacity within the team for conducting research and designing evidence-informed solutions.
* Foster strong relationships with program teams and external technical and research partners.
**Experience and Competencies Required**
* 3+ years of experience leading the design and implementation of M&E efforts for education interventions.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate data effectively.
* Experience with quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
* Proficiency in data analysis software such as Python, R, Stata, and SQL.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
* Ability to influence and motivate others towards shared goals.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Fluency in English (written and spoken).
