**Job Description: Monitoring and Evaluation Lead (R&DHome)**

**Experience Required:**
– Minimum of 3 years of experience leading M&E efforts in education interventions.
– Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Python/R, Stata, and SQL.
– Ability to design M&E frameworks and collaborate with field teams for data collection.
– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn in dynamic environments.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Develop impact measurement strategies and M&E frameworks for programs.
2. Support data collection and analysis to document program impacts.
3. Collaborate with research and design teams to enhance evidence-based solutions.
4. Design and disseminate M&E templates, and partner with organizations for impact analyses.
5. Analyze data, present insights, and consolidate findings into reports.
6. Assist in creating data dashboards and building team capacity in research skills.
7. Work closely with program teams and external partners to advance organizational goals.
**Salary Range:** INR 700,000 – 900,000 per annum
