**Job Description: Monitoring and Evaluation Lead**

**Role Details:**
The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Lead will be responsible for developing impact strategies, designing M&E frameworks, collaborating on data collection, analyzing data, and supporting reporting. Key responsibilities include:
– Developing the organization’s impact measurement strategy with leadership teams.
– Building evidence in programs through data support and robust structures.
– Designing M&E frameworks and collaborating on data collection with field teams.
– Creating M&E templates, resources, and dashboards to showcase progress.
– Partnering with organizations for impact analyses and research.
– Analyzing data to provide insights and presenting reports.
– Documenting processes and creating reports.
– Supporting capacity building within the team and collaborating with external partners.
**Experience and Competencies Required:**
– Over 3 years of experience in leading design efforts for education interventions.
– Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
– Ability to facilitate workshops, influence teams, and motivate towards common goals.
– Willingness to learn in uncertain situations.
– Proficiency in Python/R, Stata, and SQL.
– Excellent English communication skills (reading and writing).
**Salary:** INR 700,000 – 900,000 per annum.
