**About the Role**

 

The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Lead plays a crucial role in developing impact strategies for the organization and its programs. This position involves designing M&E frameworks, learning from research, and supporting organizations with their data needs.

 

**Responsibilities:**

 

* Collaborate with the core leadership team to define the organization’s impact measurement strategy.

* Proactively build evidence in Mantra’s programs by supporting data collection and developing robust structures to document impact.

* Engage with the research and design team to design M&E frameworks for programs.

* Design, collaborate, and plan data collection with field teams and organizations.

* Design and package M&E templates and resources for dissemination with solution packages.

* Partner with organizations for impact analyses, data collection, and research.

* Consolidate and analyze collected data to report insights about programs.

* Present reports and insights as required.

* Document processes and create reports as needed.

* Assist in developing organization/program-specific data dashboards to showcase progress on outputs and outcomes.

* Support the team in building capacity for research and designing evidence-informed solutions.

* Collaborate closely with program teams and external technical and research partners.

 

**Experience and Competencies Required:**

 

* Minimum 3 years of experience leading design efforts for education interventions.

* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

* Proven ability to develop and facilitate workshops and capacity-building programs.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.

* Willingness to learn in uncertain situations.

* Strong planning and time management skills.

* Experience working with Python/R, Stata, and SQL.

* Excellent command of English (written and spoken).

**Remuneration:**

 

* Annual CTC of INR 7 Lakhs onwards (depending on competency and experience).
