**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a creative and skilled Multimedia Visual Designer to join our Think Tank team.  You will contribute to campaigns focused on systems thinking and climate change, creating compelling multimedia content that effectively communicates complex ideas to our target audience.  This role requires collaboration with various teams and stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Design and develop visually appealing graphics, illustrations, motion graphics, and animations aligned with campaign goals.

* Create multimedia content for diverse platforms (social media, websites, presentations, print).

* Collaborate with the Think Tank team, content creators, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives and deadlines are met.

* Maintain brand consistency across all campaign materials.

* Stay current on design trends and tools, introducing innovative approaches.

* Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

**Qualifications:**

* **Experience:** 2-3 years of professional experience in visual design across various mediums (experience in the development sector preferred).

* **Education:** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field.

* **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other relevant tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).

* **Portfolio:** A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design work, including graphics, videos, motion graphics, and animations.

* **Creativity:** Ability to develop unique visual concepts and storytelling narratives to communicate complex ideas effectively.

* **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.

* **Attention to Detail:** Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.

* **Time Management:** Proven ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
