**Job Description: National Manager – Health Programs**
**Location:** New Delhi
**Experience Required:** 10-12 years of experience in healthcare program management, with at least 5-6 years in a non-profit or NGO setting.

**Role Summary:**
As National Manager – Health Programs, you will lead the expansion of healthcare initiatives, managing around 100 mobile medical units across India. This role requires expertise in program implementation, financial oversight, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Oversee the operations of mobile medical units, static clinics, and telemedicine services.
– Ensure timely project implementation and adherence to SOPs.
– Monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and submit financial reports.
– Network with government agencies and donors.
– Provide mentorship and guidance to a dispersed team.
**Qualifications and Experience:**
– Master’s Degree in Public Health, Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or Bachelor’s in Dental Surgery.
– Proven track record in healthcare program management.
– Strong communication, decision-making, and analytical skills.
