**Job Description: National Manager – Health Programs**
**Location:** New Delhi
**Experience Required:** 10-12 years (with at least 5-6 years in healthcare program management)

**Role Overview:**
As National Manager – Health Programs, you will lead the expansion of healthcare initiatives, managing approximately 100 mobile medical units across India. This role demands expertise in overseeing operations, including Mobile Medical Units, Static Clinics, and telemedicine services, supported by donors and funders.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Ensure timely implementation of approved health projects.
– Oversee the effective use of an online Management Information System (MIS).
– Design, deliver, and monitor program frameworks, ensuring adherence to SOPs and KPIs.
– Manage financial resources, budgets, and donor reporting.
– Monitor program operations through audits and field visits.
– Lead a dispersed team, providing mentorship and guidance.
**Qualifications:**
– Master’s Degree in Public Health, Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or Bachelor’s in Dental Surgery.
– 10-12 years of experience with at least 5-6 years in healthcare program management, preferably in NGOs.
– Strong skills in project planning, financial management, and report writing.
**Competencies:**
– Communication, decision-making, quality focus, conflict management, planning & organizing, analytical problem-solving, and delegation.
