Responsibilities:

1. Prepare lesson plan

2. Prepare indoor and outdoor creative activities, fun games for the children

3. Ensure that every child is safe in a play environment 

4. The basic needs of a child should also be addressed by a nursery teacher. He or she is in charge of having the children eat at the right time, serving safe drinking water and even helping them with their bathroom needs

5. Assessing every child’s individual development

6. Facilitating hands-on learning activities or field trips, covering all the fundamental areas that a child needs to grow in

7. Interaction with parents & discussion with individual parents during Parent-Teacher meetings

8. Submitting individual reports timely

9. Approaching families (in the community) of drop out children or other cases

10. Keeping Attendance Register Updated

11. Document the work-related details like students’ profile, case studies etc.

Requirements:

NTT, PRT or B.Ed with 2-3 years of experience
