**About the Organization:**
Swaniti Initiative is an NGO focused on strengthening public service delivery in South Asia, particularly India. The organization collaborates with state and local governments to enhance scheme implementation, provides research support to Members of Parliament, and develops data-technology tools for decision-making. Currently, Swaniti works with over 200 Hon’ble Members of Parliament and serves as an advisor to state governments to ensure the delivery of schemes to the last mile. Key verticals include climate and sustainability, social protection, and livelihood.
**Job Summary:**
The Office Admin Assistant will oversee the organization’s technology infrastructure and day-to-day office administration. This role requires a proactive and organized professional capable of managing office operations, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and maintaining a functional and secure workplace.
**Responsibilities:**
– Manage daily operations across departments to ensure timely task execution and adherence to standard procedures.
– Oversee general office administration, including facility management, equipment maintenance, and workplace safety.
– Coordinate office services such as travel arrangements, utilities, and infrastructure support.
– Provide technical and administrative support to employees, resolving issues promptly and minimizing downtime.
– Coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement, installation, and maintenance of office infrastructure.
– Maintain asset inventory for office supplies, ensuring proper documentation and lifecycle tracking.
– Assist the finance and HR teams in budgeting and cost control for administrative expenditures.
**Requirements:**
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
– 3-5 years of experience in office administration, with IT support knowledge preferred.
– Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and basic server/network tools.
– Experience with helpdesk systems, asset management tools, and compliance tracking.
– Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
