**Job Title:** Operations Lead

**Location:** Anekal, Bangalore, Karnataka, India (Fluency in Kannada, both verbal and reading, is required)

**Job Description:**

The Operations Lead will manage the end-to-end implementation of the Maargadarshi program in schools. This involves overseeing full-time program coordinators to ensure successful program outcomes.  Responsibilities include:

* **Implementation (65%):** Creating and executing action plans, coaching coordinators, establishing efficient onboarding processes, conducting program reflections, implementing pilot projects, and ensuring program quality.

* **Relationship Management (25%):** Building and maintaining positive relationships with coordinators, teachers, school staff, and external partners to facilitate program implementation and address school needs.  This includes engaging corporate volunteers for CSR initiatives.

* **Documentation and Reporting (10%):**  Documenting program progress, identifying challenges, adapting evaluation tools, analyzing feedback from students and teachers, and creating monthly reports for funders and government stakeholders.

**Experience Required:** 1-2 years of experience in the education sector.

**Education Required:** An undergraduate degree in any stream. A master’s degree is a plus.

**Compensation:** INR 4 – 5 LPA CTC (Negotiable based on experience and fit)
