As the Operations Lead, Fundraising & Partnershipsyou will execute the fundraising operations and manage relationships with individual and institutional partners by independent driving conversation and maintaining long-term mission aligned partnerships. You will be expected to grow in this role to take on senior responsibilities in the fundraising vertical.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage & deepen relationships with existing donors and partners.
  • Design and implement effective partner engagement activities.
  • Create proposals and collateral for funder and donor communications.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to effectively manage funder relations through timely submission of impact and financial reports.
  • Grow funding through new and existing partnerships in collaboration with the senior leadership
  • Coordinate with internal teams to run the backend systems of the fundraising vertical effectively and efficiently.
  • Network, connect and meet with various stakeholders to cultivate partnerships / future opportunities.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • A professional with 2+ years experience in sales, partnership management & experience in managing donors / funders OR experience that has demonstrated ability to learn, lead and grow quickly.
  • A graduate in any discipline.
