KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To manage the Team
- Resolving donors queries through calls and emails.
- Identifying prospects, building and maintaining a pipeline to grow donor partnerships.
- Establish positive professional relationships with donors.
Key Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills: Written and verbal communication skills are a necessity.
- Sound organizational abilities: Process Leader have to work to handle multiple donor accounts simultaneously and keep a record of donations and maintain the team members.
- Negotiation skills: You need to possess the ability to persuade donors of the need to give and answer questions about the impact of your organization. And make sure the team members work effectively and efficiently to complete their targets.
- IT skills: Sound knowledge of database management and MS office is a prerequisite.
- Teamwork skills: As a Process Leader, you need to be an effective part of a team with the overriding aim of maximizing donations.
