**Job Description: Outcome and Impact Document Consultant**
**Location:** Bengaluru, India
**Type:** Consultant/Contractual
**Duration:** 45 Days (February to March 2025)

**Key Expectations:**
We seek a skilled Outcome and Impact Document Consultant to support our mission of improving the lives of children living with HIV. You will document progress and outcomes of health and nutrition projects, communicating their impact to donors, stakeholders, and the broader community. This role involves analyzing data, capturing success stories, and producing comprehensive reports.
**Position Overview:**
The consultant will create detailed outcome and impact documentation for our projects, analyze data, gather qualitative insights, and draft reports that highlight project outcomes, impact, and lessons learned. The role requires compliance with donor reporting standards, collaboration with internal teams, and the creation of visually engaging content.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Prepare detailed outcome and impact reports, including baseline, mid-term, and final evaluations.
– Capture success stories, best practices, and lessons learned.
– Incorporate qualitative and quantitative data to demonstrate project impact.
– Engage with stakeholders through interviews and ensure beneficiary voices are represented.
– Ensure reports meet donor standards and timelines, aligning with organizational branding.
– Collaborate with internal teams for accurate and up-to-date information.
– Create visual aids like infographics and charts to enhance report readability.
**Qualifications:**
– Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, or a related field.
– Proven experience in outcome/impact documentation, report writing, or M&E roles in the development sector.
– Experience in public health, nutrition, and child welfare sectors.
– Strong analytical skills and excellent writing abilities to present complex information clearly.
– Experience working with NGOs, non-profits, or international development agencies.
– Familiarity with donor reporting requirements and compliance.
– Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data visualization tools.
**Preferred Skills:**
– Understanding of challenges and solutions for marginalized communities.
– Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
– Experience working with government or large CSR-funded projects.
