We seeking to hire Outreach Manager -Field in our Retail Fundraising department.
Reporting to: Dy. Director- Retail Fundraising
Location: Based in Mumbai (Head Office)
Area of Work – Mumbai / Pune / Gujarat
The role of an Outreach Manager is to ensure that assigned outreach targets for acquiring permissions from said area/location are achieved. She/he meets deadlines as per the Organization Development Plan (ODP) and KPI.
KPIs
- To work in the field to acquire space/venue for performing fundraising/advocacy events
- Acquire at least 2 fundraising events in a month
- Event minimum period would be 2-3 days
- A minimum of 20 events annually
Scope of Work
- To approach malls and departmental stores to acquire space for fundraising events
- To approach residential complex for stall permission in their complex or common space
- To approach corporate for stall/kiosk permission at their cafeteria or entrance lobby
- To approach Gymkhana and or metro stations for fundraising/advocacy events
On the job training
- Training is provided on Swades Foundation Campaigns along with field visits and project updates
Skills and experience required
- We look for people from diverse backgrounds and open to 100% field job
- Be self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- 2 years or more experience in a relative field
- Confident with a positive attitude and a good team player.
- Should be ethical and straightforward and Knowledge of fundraising
- Go-getter attitude with a passion to excel.
- Creative and adaptable.
- Be able to think, communicate and present information effectively
- experience in the sector will be an added advantage
