Location: Hybrid with Extensive Travel to Jharkahnd

Experience: 3-6 Years

Date of Joining: Immediately

Educational Qualifications: Graduate or Post-graduate Degree/Diploma in Social Sciences or MBA.

Job Experience: Experience in Partnership Liasoning and Communication; Networking; Knowledge of the rules and regulations governing Charities, IPCs (Institutions of Public Character), CSR funding; Liasoning with Govt. Officials, BDOs, etc.

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Identifying and aligning partnerships with private institutions, tapping into CSR funding to support the local activities and events for the project

2. Liaison with State/ District Government Officers along with partner organizations and Vihara Team

3. Creating and utilizing communication channels with Educational spaces such as ITIs, Colleges, Polytechnic Colleges etc. Focusing on building and maintaining PPP(Public private partnership) in alignment with project goals.

4. Supervise the entire implementation of the program through field coordinators, liaison with district officials

5. Organizing and Conducting convenings and networking events

Skills you will get to exercise and build on

  • You have excellent Writing and communication skills and the ability to distill complex information into simple messages and concise communication materials.
  • Networking and ability to establish long term partnerships with private players for monetary as well as non monetary support for the project.
  • Liaisoning experience with Government officials, state bodies and district-level officers.
  • Strong planning and time management skills to lead Partnership teams in delivering projects on time & on budget.
  • Event Management and Convening setup expertise

  • Prior experience working in Public Health, Gender, Family Health etc.
