## Partnerships and Communications Associate – iTeach Schools

**About iTeach Schools:**

iTeach Schools is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing quality education to students from low-income communities across India. We believe in creating a level playing field for ALL children by co-creating contextual school models with Municipal Corporations. Currently, we operate 10 free and high-impact secondary schools and a college-to-career program for the most disadvantaged students in Pune and Navi Mumbai. We are committed to expanding our reach to 30 schools and 10,000 students within the next five years. 

**Job Location:** Navi Mumbai and Pune

**Responsibilities:**

This role is a part of our Development and Communications Team, focusing on two key areas:

**Fundraising – Managing Partnerships:**

* Sustain and grow existing partnerships, including CSR initiatives, foundations, and high-net-worth individuals, through high-quality reporting and regular engagement.

* Identify new partnership opportunities, develop mutually beneficial proposals, and expand iTeach’s supporter base.

* Leverage corporate volunteering to maximize support for our program teams.

**Communications & Brand Awareness:**

* Manage iTeach’s digital presence, including social media, website, and newsletter, to increase reach and effectiveness.

* Lead the design of impactful marketing materials to support fundraising efforts.

* Collaborate with other teams within the organization to create compelling marketing campaigns for their work.

**Experience and Competencies:**

* **Required:** Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record.

* **Preferred:** 1-2 years of relevant work experience in fundraising, communications, or a related field.

* **Preferred:** Proficiency in social media marketing and digital content creation.

**Compensation and Benefits:**

We offer competitive compensation and benefits commensurate with your education and work experience. The salary range for this position is 4.26 – 5.4 LPA CTC. We are committed to providing comprehensive industry benefits, including:
