    Job Profile
    Job Description: 
  • This role requires to maintain procurement related compliances in the organisation.
  • AKRSP(I) has well set procurement guidelines which are followed to ensure transparency and quality of works. 
     
    Role:
  • Prepare material requirement planning for all the working geographies of the organisation. 
  • Ensuring that all procurements follow procurement manual of the organisation or guidelines set out by the funding organisations. 
  • Prepare procurement requirement statement from time to time.
  • Vendor management.
  • Help project/field units in complying with procurement guidelines.
  • Devise material sourcing strategies for competitive rates and quality.
  • Participation in high value material procurements in the organisation.
  • Preparing compliance reports on periodic basis.
