We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Monitoring and Evaluation Manager to join our team. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of our telemedicine services through rigorous monitoring and evaluation processes. 

Job Requirements:

  • Design and establish comprehensive monitoring and evaluation frameworks for telecare program services
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of services, identify strengths and weaknesses, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Continuously track KPIs and ensure data accuracy and reliability.
  • Identify and analyze trends, patterns, and insights from evaluation data.
  • Work closely with product development, operations, and technology teams to gather relevant data and insights. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations based on evaluation findings.
  • Plan and execute evaluations for new products, pilot programs, and process improvements. 
  • Collaborate with external vendors and partners involved in telemedicine product development and implementation. Provide guidance and support to vendors in implementing product 
  • Analyze monitoring and evaluation data, prepare comprehensive reports, and present findings to key stakeholders as and when required. 
  • Ability to provide inputs to design technology solutions based on program requirements. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technology, health or data sciences preferred
  • Proven experience in product monitoring and evaluation, preferably in the healthcare or telemedicine industry.
  • Strong knowledge of evaluation methodologies, data analysis techniques, and performance measurement frameworks.
  • Proficiency in using data analysis software and tools (e.g., SPSS, Excel, Tableau) to analyze and visualize data.
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present evaluation findings.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with healthcare quality assurance standards and regulations is preferred.
