**Key Responsibilities:**  

– Manage product deliveries in Gujarat/Daman, ensuring efficient resource use and timely high-quality outcomes.  

– Build strong relationships with government stakeholders and set strategic directions for products.  

– Provide strategic insights into the product lifecycle for leadership.  

– Lead end-to-end product development from concept to launch in Guwahati.  

– Collaborate with engineering teams to translate requirements into actionable plans.  

– Define and prioritize features based on customer needs and business impact.  

– Monitor metrics, identify optimization areas, and iterate on features using user feedback.  

**Qualifications:**  

– 2-4 years of experience in Tech Project or Product Management, preferably B2G.  

– Functional expertise across tech, product, and general management.  

– Strong strategic communication skills under delivery pressure.  

– Proven problem-solving abilities in dynamic environments.  

– Understanding of software development processes.  

– Educational background in Computer Science, Software Development, or Product Management.  

– Experience managing diverse teams in startups is a plus.
