Job Opportunity for Product Designer At Quest Alliance In Karnataka

Roles and Responsibilities:

● User Research and Analysis: Work alongside the user research team to understand user needs and behaviors. Analyze research data to inform design decisions.
● Design Solutions: Create innovative design solutions for new products and improve existing ones, ensuring they are user-friendly and meet business goals.
● Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes, clickable prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using design tools such as Figma, or Adobe XD.

● Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with product managers,
developers, and business stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
● User Testing and Feedback: Conduct usability testing sessions and gather feedback to refine and improve designs.
● Design System Maintenance: Contribute to and maintain the company's design system, ensuring consistency across all products.
● Visual Design: Create visually appealing interfaces that enhance user experience and comply with brand guidelines.
● Stay Updated with Design Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve the quality of design outputs.
● Document Design Processes: Document design processes, guidelines, and decisions to ensure clear communication and reproducibility.

Required Experience

● Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in web/ mobile product design, UI, UX, IA or related skills would be valuable. Understanding of common UI/UX patterns across web and mobile interfaces.
● Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and successful design projects.
● Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD and/or Sketch as well as creating clickable prototypes for testing purposes
● User-centered Design: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
● Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with team members.
● Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze user data and feedback to inform design improvements.
● Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to develop innovative design solutions.
● Attention to detail: Keen eye for detail, ensuring high-quality and pixel-perfect design outputs.
● Time Management: Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
● Education: bachelor's degree in Design, Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred
