Quest Experience Lab is a multidisciplinary product team at Quest Alliance, that works at the intersection of research, design and technology for learning. It creates engaging learning experiences for the education and employability sector.

Quest App is our flagship product, and is a digital learning platform developed for students and facilitators to learn 21st Century skills anytime, anywhere contributing to their personal and professional growth. Quest App is built using gamification principles, and is available as an online/offline webapp as well as a mobile app.

Role Description

  • Drive successful Quest App adoption among learners & educators in collaboration with product management, program & marketing teams.
  • Own marketing & communication for Quest App to serve our learner and educators across the School & Youth ecosystem; across online and offline channels
  • Develop a deep understanding of the app’s features, benefits, and value proposition, and how it can help users achieve their goals.
  • Develop Quest App positioning and value props; ensure they are reflected in all our communication across key online & offline channels.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to drive the right content & media strategy for Quest App including PR, social media etc.
  • As a key member of the product team, size new opportunities & perform competitive benchmarking. Work closely with the product managers to ensure successful new feature launches.
  • Ensure successful Quest App training & onboarding. Work closely with the program teams to ensure that the Quest app features & benefits are communicated effectively to new users during training & onboarding. Collaborate with the marketing team in the creation of online & offline communication materials to support training like FAQs, emails, posters, training scripts, guides, videos, demos etc.
  • Ensure data and consumer insights inform our decision making.  Define and monitor KPIs to drive successful adoption of Quest app in conjunction with the program & analytics team.
  • Be the voice of the customer to inform the product roadmap & strategy; distil & share insights informed by research to the product team in collaboration with the UX research team.

Requirements

  • Strong research & analytical skills
  • Ability to influence without authority in a dynamic environment
  • Past experience working with consumer internet products or services
  • Excellent communication skills to work with a variety of stakeholders across the organisation
  • Ability to write, design and create compelling communication materials including FAQs, emails, posters, training scripts, guides, videos, demos etc
  • Consulting background is a bonus
  • Advertising/ Marketing background is a bonus
  • Design/ Research background is a bonus
