Key Job Areas

Data Management 

  • Perform data cleaning to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data.
  • Collect online course submissions from students, check them for completeness, and upload them to Google Drive.
  • Update and maintain the Organization’s CRM system with the latest data.
  • Analyze ongoing execution data and feedback to understand problems and address them
  • Participate in regular observations and share feedback with the Product team

Communication & Coordination

  • Maintain effective communication between Product and Operations teams.
  • Ensure SOP handover from Product for daily scheduled tasks and/or any changes to the same.
  • Address and resolve on-ground tasks and close loops with the help of various organization verticals.
  • Manage various tools used by the organization to perform scheduled activities.
  • Handle multiple projects using a Project Management tool (Basecamp preferred).

Translation 

  • Translate sections of weekly course activities going to end users of the product.
  • Format translations appropriately.
  • Proficiency in Hindi, Marathi, and/or Punjabi (read and write).

Note: This position involves working closely with both Product and Operations teams, ensuring smooth communication and process implementation.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in any field 
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant full-time work experience across sectors/fellowships, preferably in roles
  • that require managing operations
  • Any experience of working with children and varied teams 
  • Managed relationships with multiple stakeholders in any role
  • Translation experience in Marathi/Punjabi.
  • Experience with Glific and exposure to WhatsApp chatbots (preferred).

  • Proficient use of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoints, Word) and Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets, forms)
