Job description

Business Development Support (50% of the time)

  • Scouting for RFPs, Grants opportunities and tenders related to social sector
  • Assist/prepare proposal for funding and consulting assignments. Prepare presentation
  • Assist in preparing/conceptualizing solution in the social sector
  • Mapping prospective funders and facilitating meeting with them
  • Documenting project progress in the form of case studies/success stories

Project Implementation & monitoring (40% of the time)

  • Be a part of the project execution team.
  • Manage day to day implementation
  • Documentation, reporting, preparation and maintenance of MIS.

Knowledge Management (10% of the time)

  • Assist on preparation of thought notes and knowledge products
  • Assist the leadership team towards participating in various discussion forums
  • Any other work assigned by the reporting manager or Head of Centum Foundation.

Essential Qualifications

  • MBA/PG from a reputed institution
  • 1 to 2 years of work experience in social sector/business consulting
  • Presentation skills and ability to communicate distinctly

  • Should be a graduate from a reputed institution
  • Good Communication (speaking and writing) skills in English
  • Ability to learn and adopt quickly
  • Should be proficient in using Microsoft Office especially excel, power-point
