**Job Description:**
The Program Associate role focuses on driving digital transformation across multiple sectors, including urban governance, sanitation, water, agriculture, livelihoods, and education. The mission aims to scale impact by promoting the DIGIT platform, implement reference solutions, build partnerships, and strengthen local capacities.
**Responsibilities:**
– Track progress against annual operating plans and manage risks.
– Coordinate with stakeholders and support leadership in partner engagements.
– Organize workshops, webinars, and hackathons for capacity building.
– Collaborate with marketing, communications, and academy teams to enhance visibility.
– Work with the DIGIT Success Team and local partners to ensure smooth program implementation.
– Support research and impact evaluation by defining key indicators and analyzing data.
**Requirements:**
– 1–3 years of experience in program management, governance, public services, research, or technology-driven impact programs (non-profit experience preferred).
– Bachelor’s degree in Development Management, Public Policy, Economics, Finance, or related field; Master’s preferred.
– Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel and Google Suite.
– Excellent organizational and communication skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with open-source platforms a plus.
