## Program Associate
**iTeach Schools** is a non-profit organization dedicated to creating a level playing field for all children, particularly those from low-income communities. We run 12 free and high-impact secondary schools and a college-to-career (C2C) program in Pune and Navi Mumbai, serving 4500 students and 3000 alumni. Our goal is to expand to 30 schools and 10,000 students within the next five years.
**Job Location:** Pune, India
**Experience Required:**
* Graduate in any field with strong results and projects
* Experience working with youth from low-income households in the age group of 14-20 years
* Strong ability to build partnerships and engage stakeholders
* Preferred: experience with project management
**Responsibilities:**
As a Program Associate, you will be a core team member of one of three sub-teams within the College to Career Program, each focused on providing comprehensive support to college-going students:
**Program Team:**
* Guide students through the college admissions process (post 10th and 12th)
* Partner with career counselling organizations to help students choose a suitable combination of college, course, and career
* Develop long-term partnerships with scholarship providers to ensure students have access to financial aid
* Collaborate with employers to secure internships and job placements for students
* Conduct job readiness workshops, including resume writing, mock interviews, and job search tips
**We Care Team:**
* Provide personalized counselling and support to at-risk college-going youth
* Connect students with relevant support services, such as learning disability support, peer study groups, and family counselling
* Engage parents in the counselling process to ensure their awareness and involvement
* Build relationships with colleges to ensure at-risk students receive comprehensive support
**iTeach कट्टा (Community Building) Team:**
* Recruit Student Alumni Leaders to create a supportive alumni community
* Coach and manage Student Alumni Leaders, providing professional development opportunities
* Design and execute community-building events and initiatives to foster networking and engagement among alumni

* Salary range: 3.3 – 3.8 LPA CTC
