## Job Description: Program Associate – Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women Program

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized **Program Associate** to join our team in **Bengaluru, India** and contribute to the successful execution of the **Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women Program**. This program provides women entrepreneurs with the knowledge, skills, and networks to grow and scale their businesses. 

**Responsibilities:**

* Work closely with the Program Manager to execute daily program responsibilities.

* Support internal teams and program partners to ensure successful completion of all program milestones. 

* Coordinate with stakeholders to build sustainable relationships. 

* Conduct monitoring and evaluation surveys and analyze collected data from entrepreneurs. 

* Assist in budget allocation, payment processing, and maintaining payment records. 

* Contribute to the development and implementation of program plans, strategies, and objectives. 

* Curate and coordinate program events, which includes interacting with internal and external stakeholders. 

* Take on additional responsibilities as needed to meet program objectives. 

**Requirements:**

* Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within the startup ecosystem.

* Bachelor’s degree in any field from a reputed institute. 

* Excellent writing and verbal communication skills. 

* Strong program execution discipline and mindset to work in synergy. 

* Ability to multitask and take ownership of assigned tasks. 

* Ability to work cross-functionally across different teams.

* Prior experience with startup incubators/accelerators is a plus. 

* Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and maturity to interact with senior leadership.
