**Job Title:** Program Associate – Revenue Stage Incubation (Velocity)

**Job Type:** Full-time

**Experience Required:** 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or within the startup ecosystem.

**Responsibilities:**

* Work with the Program Manager to execute daily program responsibilities.

* Support internal teams and program partners to ensure successful completion of program milestones.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with program stakeholders.

* Conduct monitoring and evaluation surveys; analyze and report data collected from entrepreneurs.

* Organize and manage program activities, including events, expert sessions, outreach initiatives, etc., to optimize the entrepreneurial experience for founders.

* Collaborate with entrepreneurs and internal teams to understand and address their needs.

* Ensure adherence to NSRCEL guidelines in all communications with external partners.

* Develop and implement strategic and innovative solutions to achieve program objectives.

* Contribute to programs supporting ventures in enterprise tech, fintech, SaaS, AI, and other emerging technologies, providing tailored solutions and value to entrepreneurs.

**Qualifications:**

* 1+ years of experience in a similar role or startup ecosystem.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to contribute to program design and demonstrate strong program execution discipline.

* Positive, detail-oriented mindset with effective stakeholder interaction skills.

* Exceptional multitasking abilities and a proactive approach to task ownership.

* Strong passion for entrepreneurship and innovation.

* A master’s degree in management is a plus.
