NSRCEL, IIM Bangalore’s startup hub and incubation center, is a section-8 not-for-profit entity.  Its mission is to support ventures with the potential for significant economic and societal impact.  Supported by the Department of Science and Technology and the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, NSRCEL partners with corporations like Alstom, Capgemini, Goldman Sachs, Kotak Mahindra Bank, and Maruti Suzuki to support entrepreneurs and startups, particularly in climate-tech, women entrepreneurship, and social impact.  This year alone, NSRCEL engaged with 1347 ventures across 25 states.

**Job Type:** Full-time

**Experience Required:** 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or within the startup ecosystem.

**Responsibilities:**

* Work with the Program Manager to execute daily program responsibilities.

* Support internal teams and program partners to ensure successful completion of program milestones.

* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with program stakeholders.

* Conduct monitoring and evaluation surveys; analyze and report data collected from entrepreneurs.

* Manage budget allocation, payment processes, and payment records.

* Contribute to the development and implementation of program plans, strategies, and objectives.

* Curate and coordinate program events, including interaction with internal and external stakeholders.

* Proactively seek opportunities beyond the defined scope of the program.

* Manage program activities and budget.

* Collaborate closely with entrepreneurs and internal teams to understand and address their needs.

* Ensure adherence to NSRCEL guidelines in all communications with external partners.

* Develop and implement strategic and innovative solutions to achieve program objectives.

**Requirements:**

* Master’s degree in management from a reputable institute.

* 1+ years of experience in a similar role or within the startup ecosystem.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to contribute to program design.

* Strong program execution skills.

* Positive attitude, attention to detail, and maturity in interacting with senior leadership.

* Ability to multitask and take ownership of tasks.
