**Job Description: Program Associate – Karnataka**

**Experience Required:**
– Minimum 3 years of work experience in administration or operations, preferably within public health, government, or non-profit sectors.
– Experience in invoice tracking, processing, and managing purchase orders is essential. Familiarity with platforms like DocuSign, CLM, NetSuite, Monday, Airtable, and Slack is a plus.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Administrative Support:**
– Provide support to the state program team, including correspondence, procurement, and filing.
– Assist in coordinating procurement and distribution of field supplies and materials.
2. **Financial Coordination:**
– Coordinate invoice processing and manage payments with the finance team.
– Compile documentation for financial transactions and submit purchase orders.
3. **Stakeholder Coordination:**
– Arrange travel and logistics for team members, including hotel bookings and transport.
– Liaise with vendors, government agencies, and field teams to ensure smooth operations.
4. **Documentation and Data Entry:**
– Maintain accurate program records and documentation.
– Conduct data entry to support reporting, monitoring, and evaluation activities.
**Qualifications:**
– Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
– Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and the state’s native language.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
**Working Conditions:**
– Field-based role requiring willingness to travel within Karnataka for field visits and meetings.
This position offers a competitive salary range of INR 12,75,000 to 15,55,000.
