**Job Description: Program Associate – Childhood Friendly Cities, Udaipur**

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Engage with the city government and stakeholders to coordinate project objectives.
– Prepare technical documents, including data collection, surveys, analysis, and reports.
– Conduct focused group discussions with local agencies, NGOs, experts, and private entities.
– Organize capacity-building sessions for long-term sustainability of projects.
– Support research on early childhood development, public spaces, transport policies, and sustainable development principles.
– Develop knowledge products such as toolkits, guidebooks, and training modules.
**Qualifications:**
– Post-graduate degree in Urban Design/Urban Planning.
– 2 to 4 years of experience in urban design, public spaces, or related fields, with a focus on designing streets and public spaces.
– Experience working with government stakeholders is preferred.
– Strong understanding of sustainable development principles, public policies, and environment/climate change.
– Ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
– Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe software, 3D visualization tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and GIS (preferred).
– Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Fluency in Hindi is preferred.
**Salary Range:**
