**Job Title:** Program Associate (Consultant) – Childhood Friendly Cities

**Role Overview:**
The Program Associate will support Indian cities in enhancing public spaces and transport systems to improve the well-being of young children and their caregivers. Reporting to the Program Manager, this role involves coordinating with government agencies, conducting surveys, preparing reports, and implementing projects in Bengaluru and Warangal.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Support project anchors to achieve planned outcomes.
– Engage with city governments and partners to coordinate project goals.
– Conduct on-site visits, data collection, and prepare technical documents.
– Lead focused group discussions with stakeholders.
– Organize capacity-building sessions for sustainable actions.
– Develop knowledge products like training modules and toolkits.
– Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
**Qualifications:**
– Post-graduation in Urban Design/Planning with 3-4 years of relevant experience.
– Strong design skills, proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe software, and Microsoft Office.
– Ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
– Fluency in Telugu/Kannada and English is preferred.
**Salary & Benefits:**
