Job Opportunity for Program Associate- Digital Health at PATH in New Delhi

PATH India is seeking a Program Associate -Digital Health on Third Party Payroll- (Randstad) to support the implementation of digital QA/QC platform for Rice Fortification across multiple states in India. The PA will work with multiple stakeholders- government/technical partners, etc. understand the state specific requirements and provide technical assistance to the project which aims to implement the digital QA/QC platform for rice fortification program.

The candidate will contribute to successful rollout of digital intervention to provide quality control, quality assurance and a digital enabled traceability to the Rice Fortification program. This will be an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team with a growing portfolio of impactful work in the digital health space. The expected skills include but are not limited to technical skills, program planning, implementation & management, facilitation at various levels and reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities:

Technical Skills-

• Understanding the project design and architecture.
• Capable of drafting digital project solutions.
• Preferably hands on experience in developing solutions.
• Good to have Database knowledge, and experience.
• Aware about deployment to server-on premise, data centres or cloud hosting.
• Capable for performing User Acceptance Testing against the workflow of the project.
• Aware about performance testing tools and usage for evaluation.

Strategy and Partnerships-

• Work closely with government and development partners for technical assistance during implementation in each state.
• Liaising with the officials at state and national level.
• Strategic planning and execution of key activities
• Involve in advocacy for institutionalization and adoption of digital system.
• Deliver any other need-based tasks as requested by the team.

Program Planning and Management

• Frequent travel across selects states for undertaking landscaping exercise.
• Document activities and field observations to inform design.
• Work with technical partner to implement state specific requirements.
• Plan Training sessions for all users involved in the process, across all states.
• Execute program activities and track progress of the project.
• Ensure seamless coordination between program team and other stakeholders.
• Support in design, documentation and report writing.
• Support in the creation of presentations for updates and meeting

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Any graduation (preferably B.Tech) / MBA / M.Tech / MPH /MPA from a reputed institute
• Minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience across digital, consulting, public sector, and development sector
• Relevant prior experience in the Digital Health domain would be strongly desirable.
• Experience of working with state and district level government health department

• Excellent command over MS Office applications, especially MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
• Fluency in English and Hindi, knowledge of other Indian languages suited to the state will be an advantage.
• Extremely detail-oriented, with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-site organization and in a team-based structure.
• Proven effectiveness while working in a team-based environment, but capable also of working independently.
