**Job Description: Program Associate – Policy & Advocacy (PFM Mission)**

**Job Overview:**
The Program Associate – Policy & Advocacy (PFM Mission) will play a key role in driving policy innovation and advocacy efforts to strengthen public financial management systems. This role involves collaborating with government bodies, industry leaders, academia, and civil society organizations to shape the future of digital governance and public service delivery.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Ecosystem Mapping and Management:**
– Develop and maintain a comprehensive ecosystem map of stakeholders in the PFM domain.
– Conduct research on potential partners and create briefing materials for strategic engagement.
2. **Policy-Driven Transformation, Impact Assessment, and Research:**
– Work with internal teams and state governments to drive policy-driven transformation in PFM.
– Collaborate with think tanks, academic institutions, and M&E partners to design strategies and measure the impact of eGov’s initiatives.
3. **Thought Leadership and Knowledge Sharing:**
– Contribute to thought leadership by authoring papers, articles, and case studies on PFM initiatives.
– Participate in policy dialogues, workshops, and conferences to advocate for best practices in governance.
**Requirements:**
– Proven experience in stakeholder mapping and engagement in the public policy or development sector.
– Strong documentation and knowledge management skills.
– Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills.
– Familiarity with PFM systems and governance frameworks is desirable.
