**Job Description: Program Associate – Project Delivery**
**Location:** Hyderabad, Telangana, India
**Experience Required:** 1 to 3 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree or equivalent preferred) in economics, public policy, social science, or related fields from a reputed institution.

**Responsibilities:**
1. **Data Management:** Track and analyze complex datasets for accuracy and insights.
2. **Research and Analysis:** Conduct root cause analysis and collaborate with teams to develop project-specific solutions.
3. **Project Delivery:** Manage project activities, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
4. **Stakeholder Engagement:** Map and engage stakeholders effectively, fostering partnerships.
5. **Documentation and Knowledge Management:** Support knowledge creation and facilitate efficient information sharing.
