**Position:** Program Associate – Project Delivery

The Convergence Foundation (TCF), through its Centre for Effective Governance of Indian States (CEGIS), aims to enhance governance in Indian states by focusing on four key pillars: outcome measurement, personnel management, strategic finance, and state-market interfaces. CEGIS collaborates with state governments to implement evidence-based solutions, such as the KPI Survey and Financial Analytics Unit, fostering better governance and public service delivery.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Manage projects from concept to scale-up, including data collection, analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
– Conduct research, root cause analysis, and prepare reports/presentations for project insights.
– Collaborate with teams to develop solutions and ensure alignment with project objectives.
– Engage stakeholders, map relationships, and communicate progress effectively.
**Qualifications:**
– 1 to 3 years of experience; Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in economics, public policy, or social sciences from a reputable institution.
– Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
– Experience in project management and government projects is advantageous.
– Knowledge of Kannada language is preferred.
