Who we are ?

NSRCEL is the start-up incubator of IIM Bangalore. We are deeply committed to mobilizing the entrepreneurship ecosystem in the country to foster innovation and economic growth. As an organization, we have had the privilege of working with some of the brightest minds in the industry, and we take pride in our ability to identify and nurture talent. 1,15,600+ entrepreneurs participated in various programs, workshops, masterclasses and events so far.

These initiatives have provided a platform for entrepreneurs to gain insights, expand their network, and hone their skills.

Additionally, NSRCEL has partners with corporates like Goldman Sachs, ICICI Securities, Maruti Suzuki, Capgemini and Kotak Mahindra Bank among others to support entrepreneurs in focused sectors like mobility, fintech, and social entrepreneurship.

What will you do?

Major areas: Program execution & management, Stakeholder management & ecosystem partnership, Research, Monitoring & Evaluation
Collaborate with the team to execute the Program structure effectively.
Engage with stakeholders and partners to build a supportive ecosystem.
Research sectors, analyse data, and identify program gaps for improvement.
Manage program activities and budget, ensuring adherence to guidelines.
Connect entrepreneurs with mentors, experts, and market opportunities.
Analyse and report data to enhance program strategies.
Support internal teams to achieve program milestones.
Monitor and evaluate venture growth, implementing strategic solutions.

Requirements

What you will need to bring to the table
2+ years of experience in a similar role or start-up ecosystem
Excellent writing, documentation & verbal communication skills
Ability to contribute to program design
Ability to work with teams across
Strong program execution discipline
Curiosity, positive attitude, detail-oriented and maturity to interact with the senior leadership
Ability to multitask and take ownership of tasks
