Key Responsibilities:

Program Implementation and Delivery

  • Lead the data management of VTIs for the Region.
  • Ensure all the relevant data is available on time 
  • Ensure the monitoring tools are understood by the team and is used for reporting 
  • Support the M&E regional focal point with baseline, end line and other relevant assessments 
  • Submit all the relevant monitoring reports on time
  • Ensure the program process is documented and enough case studies are in place to show the impact or progress of the program. 
  • Ensure the data is analyzed and feeds into the planning and review meeting
  • Support all reporting requirements such as quarter reviews, annual reviews

Relationship Management

  • Develop an Effective working relationship with the VTIs of the region externally & also with the internal stakeholders.
  • Building Employer’s network through meetings in coordination with VTIs, Minimum of one employer in a month.
  • Coordinating with placement lead and team members in the state, calling out the required support to organize industry connect activities, and tracking alumni to ensure greater industry engagement in placement systems of the state and in your specified regions.

Reporting

  • Ensure the monitoring data reaches the M&E focal point on time.
  • Use the appropriate M&E tools for reporting.
  • Ensure the conduct of baseline, endline, and other assessments as per the requirements.
  • Follow up with ITIs, VTIs, and Polytechnics to share data of students enrolled/ dropped out and the data of Institutes as required by the M&E framework.
  • Ensure student data is updated in the central database.
  • Ensure trainers and principals at the institute know about our work through simple monthly reports.
  • Provide regular written and verbal reports tracking progress against the work plan and implementation schedules.
  • Ensure all the program report, including case studies and photographs, reaches the M&E focal point at the stipulated time.
  • Documentation of center, trainer, and student success stories.
  • Participate and contribute to team meetings and reviews.
  • Support all reporting requirements, such as quarter reviews and annual reviews.
  • Ensure VTIs are aware of QUEST reporting requirements, follow up on the same, and document.
  • Ensure that event data is completed within 48 hours of the completion of the event and submitted with proper documentation of the session plan, participants list, report, and photographs.

Qualifications

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work/Rural Management or other development disciplines, with 2-4 years of work experience preferably in the Education/Vocational Training sector
  • Good communication skills in English and regional Language. 
  • Ability to draft compelling reports grounded in data
  • Ability to train facilitators and youths for the vocational training program
  • Candidate should be flexible, self motivated, enthusiastic, and an energetic team player
  • Knowledge of issues in the vocational training space and the social development sector in India.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools, and the Internet.
