## Program Coordinator (Mother and Child Health)

FINISH Society is dedicated to promoting sustainable and inclusive access to water, sanitation, and hygiene services to improve health and the environment.

**Job Location:** Ranjangaon, Pune, Maharashtra

**Experience Required:**

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in maternal and child health, public health programs, or related areas.

* Experience in program management, including planning, budgeting, monitoring, and evaluation.

* Experience working with NGOs, government agencies/ ICDS departments, or international organizations.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Health, Nursing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

* Certification in Project Management or related areas.

* Knowledge of local health regulations, policies, and best practices.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop, coordinate, and oversee mother and child health programs, including prenatal and postnatal care, child immunization, nutrition, and early childhood development initiatives.

* Collaborate with healthcare professionals, community organizations, government agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of services and integration of resources.

* Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess the effectiveness and impact of programs, ensuring continuous improvement and adherence to best practices.

* Conduct training sessions and workshops for healthcare workers, community health volunteers, and program staff to enhance their knowledge and skills in maternal and child health.

* Lead community outreach efforts to raise awareness of maternal and child health issues, promote health education, and encourage participation in health programs.

* Collect, analyze, and report program data to measure outcomes, identify trends, and support decision-making processes. Prepare regular reports for internal and external stakeholders.

* Manage program budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure compliance with funding requirements and organizational policies.

* Advocate for policies and initiatives that support maternal and child health at local, regional, and national levels.

**Required Skills:**

* Analytical skills.

* Proficiency in Computer Tools (Basic Microsoft Office needed for report/data preparations).

* Ability to work effectively with diverse groups and build strong partnerships.

* Strong understanding of maternal and child health issues, healthcare systems, and community-based health interventions.

* Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

* Strong public speaking skills.

**Remuneration:**

* Between INR 19,000/- to INR 21,000/- per month.

* Travel expenses as per organization norms.
