The Program Monitoring team is responsible for improving the efficiency of outputs across various projects and verticals of the company. The team acts as a bridge between the organizational units and the Leadership Team management of the company.

As a Program Coordinator, you will play a principal role in coordinating with multiple stakeholders within the organizational structure of the company and help in building a structured system of operation across the various verticals. You will provide strategic guidance to teams and project managers in ways that promote the efficiency of the work paradigm and improve compliance & quality of outputs. You will also oversee and monitor the progress of
the operations and in effect, present multiple levels of assessment of activities and performances.

This position requires strong analytical and reporting skills in order to be able to deliver periodic auditing and reporting of the statuses of projects to leadership at the highest level. Responsibilities:

Analytical & Reporting

  • Ability to work independently and follow through on all projects and meet strict deadlines, while also being highly output-oriented
  • Generate Program Status Reports (PRSs) and regular audits to ensure maximum quality of work
  • Conduct periodic review on productivity and progress of all resources and program units. Identify and define parameters and means of interventions using the aforementioned information in order to provide management feedback.
  • Provide supportive supervision to monitor and evaluate the data collection processes on field, while ensuring utmost quality
  • Implement program improvement strategies across teams and review the progress and impact for quality assessment

Tech Assist

  • Coordinate with technology teams to maintain standards and the functionalities of the dashboard portal and App
  • Oversee portal development and improvement and define the steps required to update the portal
  • Analyze data processing modules and identify areas of enhancements and improvements

People Management

  • Work with multiple domains and cross-functional teams within the organization to assure the compliance of the defined deliverables across all the program units
  • Identify key requirements from cross-functional teams and other stakeholders and ideate appropriate solutions

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate/ Post-Graduate from Tier-1 Institutes
  • Fresher with an internship or 1 year experience in Project Management/ Consulting domain
  • Proficient in the use of MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Word
  • An ability to multitask tasks of various nature from documentation, research, excel analytics, presentation, networking etc.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong team player with a proven record of working in a fast-paced environment and having led a team to deliver results on tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of past and current political scenarios of the country/various states in the country.
  • Experience in creating new workflows or expand existing workflows and to drive organizational values and culture within project teams.
  • Proven business acumen, strong project management skills with the ability to collaborate well in a cross-functional team.
  • People with work experience in analytical, technical and consulting background are preferred.

Location: Base location is Hyderabad (Candidate should be open to travel to field office location as per
project requirements)
