About the Role
Position: Program Coordinator, Operations – Technology Incubation
Reporting to : Senior Program Manager, Tech Incubation
Starting: Immediately
Location: Bangalore
Responsibilities:
- Support in scouting potential incubatee by performing secondary research and site visits
- Perform the incubatee onboarding, starting with onsite due diligence.
- Perform day- to- day interaction with the Incubatee to understand their needs and provide them support across product development, scale-up and investment stage.
- Facilitate continued interaction between incubatee and their assigned mentors and experts
- Be the switchboard for entrepreneurs to access relevant resources and connections.
- Ensure tight management of milestones and progress of entrepreneurs and document the progress.
Qualification and Skills
- Graduate in any discipline with 2-3 years of relevant work experience in coordination, research and documentation with interest in need based innovations.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills along with the ability to take initiative, solve problems, follow through, and deliver on a deadline.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and ability to understand technical, financial and operational aspects of projects.
- Open to travel on site for fieldwork and follow-ups
Desirable:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Agricultural Engineering.
- Previous experience with grassroot/ Social ventures
- Previous experience in incubation ecosystem
- Proficiency in Kannada or Odia
