**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a Program Director – Products Technology to lead our software product portfolio targeting the impact ecosystem. This role involves shaping the long-term vision and strategy for WRI India’s technology products and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Define and manage the product portfolio, including identifying new products and developing strategies.

– Collaborate with internal teams and key client stakeholders to develop and implement product vision and roadmap.

– Conduct user and market research to refine product understanding and vision.

– Work with UX design partners to translate product vision into UI/UX prototypes.

– Define product features and work with engineering teams to deliver them.

– Evaluate third-party or open-source software for potential use.

– Implement agile product management practices and define metrics for tracking product performance.

– Collaborate with the Marketing team to create product messaging and artifacts.

– Regularly engage with external and internal customers to gather feedback.

**Qualifications:**

– 15-20 years of professional experience across business and social domains.

– 8+ years in software product management, leading end-to-end product development.

– Experience working in a team environment with dispersed stakeholders.

– Strong problem-solving, product thinking, technology, and communication skills.

– Humility and willingness to listen and learn.

**Salary:**

The salary range is INR 50,00,000 to 62,00,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. WRI offers a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, term life coverage, employee assistance programs, flexible work schedules, and professional development opportunities.

**Duration:**

The position is for a term of 2 years, extendable based on performance and project requirements.
