Location of Posting: Jamshedpur

Employment Type: Contractual (on a yearly renewal basis)

Qualification: Post Graduation, preferably in Social Work (MSW) or Rural Development. Well-versed with MS Office.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the documentation of community-based health programs. Experienced in working with large teams. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in working on maternal and child health-related programs.

Skills: Should have excellent written and oral communication skills (English and Hindi language). Well-versed in English and Hindi typing.

About MANSI+ Project:

Maternal And Newborn Survival Initiative+ (MANSI+) is one of TSF’s Signature Programmes implemented in the Kolhan division of Jharkhand in partnership with the American India Foundation and National Health Mission, Jharkhand. It works on a lifecycle approach with a special focus on maternal and newborn health with specific interventions on child nutrition and adolescent health. MANSI+ is implemented across 38 blocks of Kolhan division saturating East Singhbhum, Saraikela-Kharsawan, and West Singhbhum districts.

Key Deliverables:

  • Ensure timely submission of qualitative/narrative project progress reports to the donor as well as various stakeholders.
  • Prepare quarterly and annual progress reports under the guidance of MEO and the program management team.
  • Documentation of case stories every month for each block of the intervention districts and ensure dissemination to the stakeholders.
  • Prepare training reports after the completion of each training program and share with the concerned stakeholders.
  • Responsible for preparing monthly/quarterly newsletters for the project.
  • Coordinate with procurement, communications, and other internal departments to ensure smooth progress of the documentation and dissemination work.
  • Lead the planning, management, and implementation of various events planned under the project and support district/block teams in similar activities.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
