**Job Title:** Program Head – Fundraising, Landscape Restoration
**Company:** WRI India (India Resources Trust)
**Location:** Mumbai, India
**Experience Required:** Minimum 12 years in fundraising, strategic partnerships, leadership, and partnership development within natural resource management or restoration sectors. Experience with large grants and working with donors, private investors, and leading teams.
**Qualifications:**
– Master’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
– Understanding of finance, restoration, sustainability investments, ESG, green finance, and landscape restoration in India.
– Proficiency in developing financial models for investment analysis and valuations.
– Excellent communication, partner management, and donor engagement skills.
– Strategic thinking with the ability to translate ideas into applicable plans.
– Strong leadership and team management skills.
– Data-driven approach to decision-making.
**Salary:** INR 35,00,000 to 46,50,000 CTC per annum.
**Duration:** 2 years (extendable based on performance). Start date as soon as possible.
