**Role Overview:**
As a Program Lead for the School of Eminence Program, you will oversee key projects aimed at enhancing Punjab’s education landscape. You will collaborate with government officials, partner organizations, and program leadership to drive impactful reforms and foster scalable improvements.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Program Strategy and Design:** Lead project design and implementation, addressing systemic challenges and aligning initiatives with objectives.
2. **Project Management:** Own end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
3. **Stakeholder Engagement:** Build partnerships and engage stakeholders to ensure program sustainability.
4. **Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E):** Establish M&E processes to track progress and refine strategies.
5. **Capacity Building:** Provide support and facilitate training for educators and leaders.
**Qualifications:**
– Master’s degree in education, public policy, or related field.
– 5+ years of experience in education reforms or program management with government partnerships.
– Strong project management, research, and analytical skills.
– Proficiency in stakeholder management and communication.
– Familiarity with Punjab’s education landscape is preferred.
**Salary Range:** INR 600,000 – 900,000
