**Job Description: Program Lead (Overall Strategic Owner) – Chennai**
**Location:** Chennai, India
**Experience Required:** 10-12 years of experience in program management, ecosystem development, or entrepreneurship support.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Develop and execute the overall strategy for ecosystem growth and capacity building.
– Build and manage relationships with local government bodies, universities, incubators, accelerators, investors, and corporates.
– Monitor program execution across hubs to ensure consistency, scalability, and alignment with objectives.
– Represent the program in public forums, industry events, and government meetings to enhance visibility.
– Define and track program KPIs to evaluate ecosystem growth and startup outcomes.
– Identify risks and challenges and implement strategies to mitigate them.
– Oversee budgets, resources, and timelines to deliver programs effectively.
**Qualifications:**
– Proven track record in strategic partnerships and ecosystem building.
– Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
– Familiarity with startup ecosystems, incubators, and government networks.
– Ability to travel frequently across the 5 hubs (Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Pune, Jaipur, Chennai).
This role is a full-time position reporting to Senior Leadership, with a salary of 40L INR. The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving innovation and building impactful ecosystems.
