**Position Overview:**
The Program Lead will manage The/Nudge’s InSight program in collaboration with MSRLS, Government of Meghalaya. This role involves designing and implementing a program to distribute near vision glasses to individuals over 35 in rural areas, addressing presbyopia and enhancing productivity.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Lead program implementation and outcomes.
– Provide managerial support to field teams and district professionals.
– Develop processes for monitoring and capacity building.
– Collaborate with financial units on budgeting and execution.
– Work closely with MSRLS on screening, procurement, and distribution of glasses.
– Build relationships with government stakeholders for successful strategy adoption.
– Utilize data and technology for continuous program improvement.
**Ideal Candidate Profile:**
– 8+ years of experience in development sector programs.
– Demonstrated success in leading initiatives under uncertainty.
– Strong analytical skills and ability to articulate vision.
– Fluent in English and local languages (Garo, Khasi, Jaintia).
– Openness to extensive travel and living in rural areas.
– Passion for community service with humility.
