**Job Location:** Patna, Bihar, India

**Job Summary:**

As a Program Lead, you will spearhead initiatives to improve the education ecosystem by supporting designated government education officials.  You will actively participate in program design and innovation alongside government partners.

**Roles and Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate with the government to drive educational change through program development.

* Research and develop tools to assess the needs of the education system and create strategic plans aligned with project goals.

* Review existing structures and processes, working with officials to implement improvements.

* Analyze government projects and devise plans to enhance their effectiveness, focusing on improving feedback mechanisms.

* Build strategic partnerships with NGOs, knowledge partners, design consultants, and government agencies, establishing a framework for partner engagement and monitoring.

* Establish robust monitoring and evaluation processes.

**Experience and Competencies Required:**

* Minimum 3 years of work experience; candidates with significant education sector experience will be prioritized.

* Familiarity with state-level education transformation initiatives in India is preferred.

* Experience in classroom teaching, delivering educational programs, or working on projects with school stakeholders in underserved areas.

* Strong interest in empowering schools through school leadership, teaching & learning, and community engagement.

* Hindi reading and writing proficiency.

**Compensation and Benefits:**

* Annual CTC of INR 700,000 onwards (based on experience and skills).
